I am all for welding the frame up, maybe gusseting a few of the weak areas if you can. Nothing like a full tear down to really see all the problem areas that need addressing!

are you going to sand blast the frame if your going through a full tear down and you really want to make this thing nice sand blast it and get it powder coated or rhino lined.i powder coated lt250 3 years ago n i ride it as hard as i would any quad and i have not found any peeling at all or anything like that and its a real clean look
