05 eiger runs bad when you ride it for a little bit usually when it is hot. It shuts down but restarts when it cools down. Will run with choke on when its hot for little while, when you take choke off it dies. Thinking of wiring a toggle switch to it for a temp fix, because fan barely comes on. Problem started when it got water in the carb, cleaned the carb and still does it. Temp light doesnt come on when this happens. Any help would be great. Also how do you wire the toggle switch in. Thanks

Blockage in carb jets.

 

Exactly, something is blocking one or both of your jets (main and pilot) which is causing it to run lean.

 

DEfinately runin lean. make sure your carb is clean and jetted to spec and ur air filter is clean and charged
