Z250 clutch slips-help

Z250 clutch slips-help
My 2006 Z250 clutch started slipping. I installed Barnett friction plates and metal plates- still slipped. Replaced centrifical clutch still slips. Tried adjusting clutch and no help.
If I turn adjusted way in it doesn't disengage, with it out it doesn't engage.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.
