Which is better?? Honest opinions
I hear the Honda has lots of breakdowns because of electrics but is a Honda so is very reliable and heard the Suzuki is faster and a little better in some areas but which is better
I just want a quad to drive about a field and play about on but maybe pull the occasional trailer
Thanks

fil has an ozark 250 he hunts with mostly up NB canada- we actually pull a 5'x8' trailer with 5 young kids sitting on it around the trails- thing actually pulls it not too bad considering it's tugging what... almost 200lbs worth of off-spring and a 500 lb trailer.
it's not a bad little quad.
my wife had a trx250ex (not the es) and it had a pretty torquey bottom end for a 250. flat mid range and hardly no top end but around the trails it was great for her.
if you're planning on doing any serious work or pulling- neither is a good choice. Need at least a 400 - 500cc engine imo.

Nothing large just a little trailer maybe 400lbs trailer occasionally it will be mostly be used for leisure but I was thinking on a king quad 400 but are they sore on fuel??
It's just going to be towing a little uphill but mostly flat

They are both great ATV's that will serve you well. I've spent a lot of time on a Recon and have owned an Ozark for years. The two are very close with the Ozark having a slight edge in suspension, and engine size. Even so, what tipped the Ozark in my favor is the fact that it has front disc brakes vs drums all around on the Recon. So putting the two side by side makes the Ozark the clear winner.
If you do want something bigger to pull a trailer, the KQ 400 (the old Eiger) is noticeably faster and more powerful than the Ozark. While the heavier and larger 400 will use more fuel than the Ozark, not so much more plus it has a larger tank so range is the same or greater.

generally when it comes to brakes, any non-sport Honda is going to suck by comparison to the other brands. Up until the last few years, Honda used drums front and rear on everything. Drums suck, (thus the "Honda sucks" comment) and there is no valid reason for using them when disc technology is available.
Unfortunately the Ozark has drums on the rear, but other than that it has been an awesome bike for my son for the last 4 years with absolutely no problems of any kind.
