HI EVERYONE, Im new here and im tired of searching for manuals online. It seems i always hit a dead end in my searches or it costs to much money. So being on a tight budget but still wanting to play with these atvs im i need of your help. I am currently putting together a go kart found myself in search of a motor, i gave a friend of mine son a 230 a few years ago and he destroyed it and proceeded to cut the motor from the frame and i saw it and he kindly gave it back. Im needing a wiring diagram for this beast, im seeing that there are several different models of the 230 and im to understand i have the 230g can someone please help me with a diagram or a link to one? i got one off of here yesterday but its for an e model and the wires are different it is electric start automatic and is chain driven i have numorous manuals i would be happy to share if someone can show me how to post them i would be glad to do it im excited about my project it should kick some ___ ill post some pics along the way i think everyone will enjoy it its a dandy thanks to all for being here!

try this thread here,..all the lt230 guys hang here,...thay got the wireing diagrams in there VAULT along with alotta other specs an useful info for these ol quads!! good luck!!
