I found out how to adjust the float on the 2006 LTz50, Remove float bowl and flip carb upside down, The bottom of the float should be level with the rim where the bowl sit( bottom of the carb) reassemble then you adjust air mixture and idle.

 

So the tab on the float is metal and can be bent?
