I know this thread is a little old, but it was exactly what I was looking for.

My name is Bryan and I recently purchased a really nice 1 owner lt230e.

It has the sloppy shift lever. I'd like to get one from a blaster off ebay.

How difficult is it to remove the OEM shift lever? Would anyone be willing to walk me through the process of removal? Does the blaster lever just bolt on?

Lets revive this one again just to ask again what year blaster shifter you used, 'cause the ones I've gotten don't match up at all in the splines.
