My son's z50 ran with low oil at glamis and something let go. The bike will idle, lots of burnt oil coming out the exhaust (white smoke). The plug is wet with oil. Not a mechanic any idea on what needs to be replaced? Was thinking the of replacing the cylinder head but wasn't sure that was the answer or not. Thanks in advance.

You will not know 100% till it's apart.
IMO, this could be wore valve guides or piston/rings.
I'd think piston/rings but it all needs checked now.

 

Agree with the rings as the most likley culprit.
