2005 400 eiger no compression please read its crazy

Default 2005 400 eiger no compression please read its crazy

okatv came in guy said it needs rebuilt ok i checked compression the gauge bounces back and forth 15-45 psi dont matter if throtle is open or closed. i pulled top off bored 0.50 over set seatd valves new seals complete top end put it back togeather same thing on gauge. pulled rocker cap off so valves would be closed same thing 15-45 checked head for leaks around valves there are perfect..............

Does it have a co
Pression relief valve of some sort for a pullstarter I've seen them get stuck open in the past a be a major headache

Some late mdel quads dont have alot of compression....Most are 40-70 pounds...But I would say 15 pounds. is low..Has it ran since the rebuild? And what caused the rebuild? Water in engine?
