Pinch off the fuel line with an pair of needle nose pliers an listen to the engine while hold pliers and engine throttled up...when engine stars running out of fuel see if it runs and revs good before it engine quits...If engines run fine then you have an fuel promblem if run the same prolly ignition problem...Than get back us here an we will go for there..Good luck

Sounds like atv may not be charging..Put an volt meter on battery before start up check batt volts needs to be 12.3 to 12.6 before start up..then crank up rev engine..should be 13.3 to 14.2 are so then regulate not keep climbing higher an peek out all ignitions parts...Also check this an get back with us here..Good Luck

Good call, I did just what you told me to and sure enough , as it was running out of gas, it reved up and smothed out and when I took the pliers off the line, it went back to very bad idle and no rev.

I dont know what in the fuel system could be causing this after all I have done to the carb....could it be the jets and should I pull them out and clean them to see if that solves it? I really do appriciate all your advice.
