Which needle cuz no matter how far I turn in or out the idle or the small screw next to it(air / fuel I think) it doesn't change how it runs, just continues to dump fuel in. I also put the clip in the same notch on the throttle needle as the old on, second from bottom.. How do you know if there's to much fuel in the bowl idk how to adjust the float?

Terms first.
The jet-needle is the thing you call a throttle rod. Everyone just calls it a needle.
The brass thing the needle goes in to meter the gas is the needle-jet. They come in a wide range of sizes.
The float needle is the thing that shuts off the gas in the bowl.
Diagnosis:
Since you made a change to the needle to affect the idle, I can tell your idle speed is too high. You should be able to idle without the needle even installed!
Is your replacement pilot jet the same size as the old one?
Actually, what all did you replace?
There is an airjet that feeds air to the needle-jet, is that clogged?
