Default Need some help, does it look like my centrifigal clutch drum is warped?

This ATV has been slipping for some time, someone used "motor oil" in it, and now my clutches are slipping badly.

the Manual says to inspect the drum for overheating(goes on to say that it is rare and only if the pads wear down to metal. Look at these pictures:

Uhh, okay I don't THINK it is burnt, as the drum surface seems to be metal color, but it is wavy from contact with pads.

The weld in picture 1 and 2 looks like the metal got hot during the welding process, and the oil stains not sure how that got there, perhaps that is oil mixed with pad material?

Also look carefully at the clutch shoes in the last image, the first 4 are chewed up, and the last two appear unchewed.

I have heard you can use sand paper on the pads and "recondition" them but I really think the pads are shot, several spots show missing chunks.

I have 6,000 miles on this ATV, went through two new teenage riders, and the wrong oil.
