Stock is 50mm.
Yes, start with the 92.5 main jet.
Give the motor a cpl hot and colds for a break-in, then run it.
When tightening the pipe, draw down on the nuts evenly. No particular torque. I've never broke any from tightening them.
Sorry you bought the fatty.
I'm making a stage 2 motor right now for a fella in England. You know a Mick? LOL
Yes, I'm from the USA. Don't tease me...I didn't vote for Obama...LMAO

sorry to be a pain LT80 but am i using the right plug in my motor everywhere on the net says bp7hs and other say bpr7hs i know the r isnt much different as for resister i have both types, also would i need to change hotter or colder at all to break in or when i have the pipe and reeds fitted etc or should i stay with 7 range, weather over here isn't that great at times hottest in summer is around 25c and winter worst is just below freezing. i also have a new bpr7hix iridium that i run in it a week after buying it and changing rear tranny fluid (10w-40 valvoline motorcycle oil?) and cleaned filter etc am i wasting money on this plug or will it run cleaner with it in, i also run on bp ultimate or shell super high octane unleaded, ok for this? cheer dude
