As it says in title above i have a 2013 Suzuki Ozark 250, and im having the issue of getting it started, it just seems hard to start, i have cleaned air filter, pulled spark plug and it is black and wet, i will try to attach image. Thank you guys and i hope you can help. This is my first atv, and the mechanic said he checked all of this, but i don't believe it. Any help would be appriciated
