Bazzinga! I'd suggest using Suzuki rollers instead of those thangs.
They are not the correct size (I'm 99% sure) and They are wayyy heavy.
You have 78 grams of weight instead of 60. No wonder the clutch is driving too soon.
How ya end up with those?
What's the compression on the new top end? China cheapo kit?

My buddy at the shop gave me those, he said they were performance rollers....i dont know much about these bikes so i took his word for it. The old rollers that were in it were junk, they had major flat spots on them so i tossed them. Any suggestions on where to get the correct rollers? As for compression, when i first installed the top end i had 130-135psi....but my buddy took it all apart to trouble shoot it and he put it back together. It starts great, no trouble starting and like i said when there is no load on rear wheels it is perfect.

I get my rollers (and most all parts) right from Suzuki.
If there was deep gouges/grooves in the variator roller tracts, might as well get one of those also.
It's not that I like the Dr. Pulley idea but you could try 4 of those and see what happens.
