King quad pull start

Want to put a recoil pull start on my 2013 king quad 500. Will one fit off a older king quad?

Yes, but you will also need huge muscles to pull it. That is one reason they dropped it. Tried pull starting a 700KQ once, no chance. You will need the thing that it engages, on the end of the crankshaft, too.

Well looks like the recoil pull start wont' work . It mounts on the side but the crankshaft is not splined for the hub at the end ..
