Yeah...well..."choke" is kinda universal for helping to start in the cold...

 

so, A friend of mine suggested leaning the atv on its side for 10 seconds before trying to start it.
I did that, and it almost starts, so I shake it a bit while holding the starter and it seems to get the gas
up into the carb enough to start it.
amazing.
after all that.
just needed to be shook!
( prob needs a bigger pilot for the winter)
