Default 07 king quad 700 solid FI light

Hey guys. Im getting a solid fi light and temp light on my 07 king quad. What I've checked so far was my oil and coolant, I replaced my thermal sensor on the radiator and also jumped the plug to make sure that the fan motor is fine, and spins up freely with no issues, I've already checked and cleaned my radiator and that seems fine as well. I jumped the bike to dealer mode and get the - C00 code so I don't know where to look from here... I already adjusted my tps because that was a little off but can't figure out why my bike is throwing these lights. The light comes on after about 15-20 minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you jumped the diagnostic plug when the fault is on? I wouldn't have thought you could get the FI light on without it showing a code as to why. I may be getting mixed up with the 450 (long time since I worked on either model) but we had trouble with the temp sensor wires, and they went to a temp sensor in the head, not the radiator.

Yes I've jumped it when the code is on, the light then turns off and shows - C00 I also wouldn't have thought I could get the light without the code which is why I'm so confused really. I would think maybe I should next check the water pump and thermostat? Thermostat first of course because it's 25$ and easier to replace

Does the fan come on before the temp light? If you are not getting the fan kicking in, either it isn't hot enough, or the sender isn't working properly. I think this will be the one you replaced, as the one in the head works the EFI system and (probably) the warning light. If the fan isn't coming on I would try a new sensor in the head, as it may be signalling a higher temp than it really is. Or it could be time to take it to the dealer's computer, expensive, but more expensive if you fit a lot of new parts and still have to take it there.
