Clean the carb out, an engine needs the right fuel/air mix, it may be getting some fuel but not the right ratio for good running. If that doesn't fix it, check compression. When it gets below 90 psi, they get bad to start.

If you leave the tap on PRIme, fuel gets past the float needle and fills crankcase and cylinder with fuel. Only way I know of to get it out is spin the engine over on the starter with the plug out until it stops blowing fuel out. WARNING, I have set two LT80s on fire doing this, the coil must be disconnected to stop it sparking, even then, have something to smother a potential fire handy. Dry the plug before refitting and, no choke, throttle wide open, try to start it. If it doesn't fire up fairly quickly, it will have "wet the plug" so will need the plug drying again, and remember, never leave the tap on prime.
