Oury grips are about the only ones I hadn't tried, because a friend told the same thing that you just mentioned. The Pro Grips seem to work as well as any others, now if I can just stop trying to match color grips up with the Zilla. When will I learn that color grips lose that color on the first ride. Nuts!

Im not sure which bars are best, correct me if im wrong but i think most of the bars are aluminum to keep the vibration down thats why they bend easily in a crash usually, if they were made out of chromoly i think they would be alot stronger, but like AussieZilla said: To be honest, you shouldnt buy bars that are best when in a crash. simply get the bars that will suit your riding and height etc, that way if they suit you best, you'll have more control and thus hopefully will reduce the chances of a crash in the first place!

I've never used a twist throttle on a quad some people that are used to riding thumb throttles say that it is hard to ride wheelies with a twist and hang on, but i have heard from a bunch of people on the forums that have used them that they would never go back to thumb throttle!

Try some BMX bike grips i don't know if they will fit, but its worth a try, and they have a bunch of diff styles!
