My stock 34mm Mikuni is leaking from the vent line on the float bowl. I believe the float height is out of adjustment but don't know the stock measurement. Anybody have a manual with this info? Also do I invert the carb, remove the bowl, and measure from the edge of the carb to what spot on the float? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem with my 92, it was the neddle and seat, from the dealer it cost $30.00.

I had so many problems with my mikuni, to include bogging when going thru woops, and when taking a right hand corner, idling poorly, and the neddle and seat problem I bought a Keihin PWK 35 air stryker, best money I ever spent. $159.99

Sorry I forgot to tell you, to test the needle and seat, shut the fuel off remove the float bowl while the carb is connected to the fuel line, then turn on the fuel while holding the floats in the up position with your finger, if fuel comes out while the needle is closed, you needle and seat are bad.

Hope this helps
