I have seen a few LT80 pipes over the years. I must say, I really like the LRD pipe.

I'v heard the ct pipe is the way to go, ther sold out right now i tried to get a chrome one for xmas, bad santa -waited too late-my son is 6 and we like going to little sahara, it does need a little more uuummmpphhh to get around, with all that ive read im going to shave his head(more compression)port the head, modify the reed cage, add a pipe, air filter kit, paddle tires, jets ,reeds,, that shouldbe plenty to get up any hill!!I hope.. oh and do a little clutch work, if you get a pipe first or i do first,, shout back thx sharkfin

LT-80 pipes are useless. My reasoning:after paying for a pipe, then finding out that didn't get ya what ya want, so now a carb maybe, same results"a slow LT-80", so after spending 350$ or so for add ons that didn't get ya enough you end up porting it like you should have in the first place! For 350$ I can port your cyl,do all head, clutch, reed spacer, and carb mods and you end up with a fast dependable LT-80, and my motors are designed to use the stock pipe and carb (AMA legal),altho "some" pipes will work with my porting,like-LRD and DG. a CT pipe wont work w/my porting. good luck on your LT-80 endeavors

Hey SHARKFIN, what other kind of mods did that other kids lt80 have? What have you heard about Trinity or LRD kits? I too, am looking to modify my sons lt80, especially after he got smoked by a Cayman. Just not sure which company to go with!

I would watch the bashing of LT80, You have only been here since December and have 13 posts. So you really do not know what LT80 is about. To give you a heads up about the quad lt80 Raptor720 and LT80 have very good knowledge about the quad lt80. They are very informative and LT80 has helped me out more than once!

ok, big daddy, put my money where your work is, i have 2 - 2001 lt80's , i will be more than glad to ship one to you. the other i will modify with basic aftermarket products. Hey there are a ton of people that are always looking to modify lt80's, If I havn't offended you to the point of no return, tell me what you want to do, what will i gain in performance, and what it will cost exactly... with or without an lrd or dg pipe.. just send a shipping address or a copy of your yellow page ad, sorry for being so straight forward.. oh by the way, i joined this forum in december, but I have been reading it for over 2yrs,and nobody has given exact info on mods except macdizzy.his mods are more than what most people are looking for. in my opinion. If your mods are cool, I will tell everyone&everywhere,, Thx HJ LEWIS
