Maybe I should sell my old DULL plastic on e-bay for a cheap price and buy some of the new shiny kind. It looks LOTS better. Is the price the same or whats the deal with that?

I made the plates and numbers myself (which is why you don't see a brand name on them)

I was very happy with the Maier shiney plastics I bought this past spring for the Zilla. Check out the pics on my page. I believe I only had to trim a little around one of the rear seat holes. No big deal. Looks good and is holding up great so far.

I bought the "non-shiny" Maier plastic for my LT a couple of years ago, and am quite happy. All the holes lined up, and the only part that didn't fit just right was where the front & rear plastic meets, and it's not that bad. Thicker than the factory stuff, and the light texture in the yellow looks good. No worries here, I even bought it for my LT50 the kids used to ride, it was fine also.

my plastics had to be drilled but who cares ... if your too lazy to drill holes than you shouldn't even own your atv cause you prolly couldn't even change your oil if you cant drill holes. my plastics held up fine for a while and can handle anything i throw at it.....i think they look better than any plastics ive ever seen..... i had my plastics on in minutes and i was riding....dont be lazy...drill holes and enjoy your maier...if your dissin MAIER than obviously you didnt get the new shiny ,tough ones .JMO

ive heard a few guys bashing the mayer plastics and ive never understood why, my zilla came with the shiney mayers on and they look lovely 100% mint, i must admit i dont know if there were any problems fitting them so i wont comment,

seem realy strong to me and not atall flimsy,

when i rolled the zilla out of the crate at the airport it brought a tear to my eye, the thing was like new,

and bearing in mind the kind of stuff any atv plastic is going to be put thru, why pay more??

I was thinking of getting new plastic from rockymtn atv, and noticed they raised their prices about 30 bucs for front and rear sections i think due to the new plastic. Still its cheaper than stock or any other place that sells maier.
