Z400 owners, the truth please
#31
I just got a Z400 today! I like it a lot I had a Raptor the Z400 handle a lot better. Although the Z400 seems to sit a little high it does not feel tepee at all(I ajusted the back sock as fare dowe as it would go this made it sit a lot lower). I only have 1 hr on it but I am very impressed. I think with a jet kit and pipe it will very close to the Raptor. You have to realize that is not a 660 it is a 400. Most of my riding is done in the wood I race a lot of Hare scrambles, Hope this is helpful.

Lvegas,
I paid the same as Vooduuchild, $5699 each +tax. The next best deal I could find around here, was Paulson's, who wanted $100 each for "setup."
Last week we rode @ Capitol Forest and the the Saturday Night series @ SIR; last night we rode down in South Prairie. We would have gone to Victor Falls by now, but a couple of people I know said it was closed off. Tomorrow we'll be heading out to SIR again.

voodoochild- i'm not familiar with anything called 'the wall' up by index, however, there is Reiter trails just after Goldbar and before Index... the next riding area is over the pass on hwy 2 that i know of is at mad river... and it's almost entirely singletrack.
reiter is an awesome place with miles upon miles of trails... most of which, i haven't had time to explore yet... but i'll warn you- it's very rocky, has some very challenging terrain, and a couple dangerous spots... but also some awesome views.
