I am having a problem finding anyone that sells seat covers for the 500, can
anyone help me out? I would like to find one that DOESN'T have the stitched seam
around the top edge of the seat. Is this possible? Thanks for any info.

ATV Seat Covers They make custom ones however you want them with as many colors as you want. They are the company with the ones on Ebay.

Take it to an upholstery shop and have them custom make one for you. No one makes a Z400 seat cover yet so I took mine to one of my customers and they made me a seat cover. Check out my link for a picture of it.

The only one's I've seen that don't have any stitching is the OEM seat from Suzuki.
You might see if YSA (Yamaha Suzuki of Arizona) could order you one?
They are one of the best OEM parts dealers I've found... Haven't found anything yet they can't get for the mighty LT.

Thanks, but I went and got the 44mm. I think you was asking about it on here once?
Pain in the A$$ to get on the boots but it works fine, gives allot of top end revs. We
are planning on going to lincoln one weekend, what's the best time?
