There is a reason we call the time just before Halloween and Thanksgiving, Hell!! it's because it is out of hand. We have an overwhelming amount of calls during this time and we can't staff up for four or five weeks and then lay people off. If you call and leave your name I will research this and check out the problems. One of the problems with the carbs is the dock workers strike, ( there sitting off the cost of California waiting to be unloaded ) these kinds of things are unforeseen. We do our best to keep our delivery dates but there are things that can happen that screw them up. I have been very sick for the last few days but I have still put in no less then a 12 hour day. I am reading this on Saturday at 6:30 PM and I have been working since 6:00 this morning trying to get stuff done. Please call or PM me and I will check into it.

I can see both sides here and if I was putting up 6300 smackers I would want answers relatively quickly myself. I'm sure trinity has guys spending more than that on their quads and are every bit as busy as the owner says but for most of us that is a lot of money.
