Hello, New to the site so go easy on me! Working on a Rincon with a no start problem, supposedly the local Honda shop just put in an oil pump on this one, was ridden once then put in garage, sat for 2 months now will not start, has spark, has comp, getting fuel, while cranking over with starter if you just crack open throttle maybe 15% it will start to fire, eventually it will fire enough to run on its own but barely enough to keep itself running. any more or less throttle and it will still fire here and there but not run. Any Ideas? I don't own this one, just working on it for another guy
