Default O5' Chevy 1/2Ton vs. 12" Thick Block Building

Just wondering if isurance covers this accident. 14yr old moving truck in our private lot(work truck)? Ohh Yahh truck is totaled.....red brick and cement block needs replaced too

im gonna say no, he's not insured, and even if you try homeowner's, they may turn around and sue the family for letting a underage and unlicensed drive operate one of your vehicles


its coming out of pocket on this one

Yep....I concur...the insurance company acted like we hit a sashquatch or somthing...they could not believe a 14yr old would be driving our truck in our lot......

We have a guy that is gonna make it drivable.....The insurance company never even looked at it...so It hasn't been officially totaled out...but as far as the chevy resale value we can forget it
