Thanks for all the help. So basically you just keep tapping them in gently until they stop. I will let you know if their are any problems.

 

They have a lip on them, just tap them in until the lip is flush with the hub. When you pump the grease in, there is a little pin hole that the grease will come out of when they are full. They should also come with rubber covers to keep dust out.
