I would definitly sell my 2 quads and buy a sport 4x4 but this is what it would have to be: 2 or 4 , locker on front , suspension that equals or surpasses my z 400 , at least a 400cc liquid cooled duel overheadcam high performance cam and a manual trans with the rekluse or rev-loc auto clutch( that way you would not loose your manual clutch like you would with an autoclutch or auto cvt tranny,but still have the auto clutch for slow technical stuff) and a shaft drive for ground clearance. Tell them to build it and I will come. It would be like having your cake and eating it to. Plus could you imagine hill shooting in the sand?

 

That would indeed be an awesome machine, but I don't think that's exactly what's coming from Honda with their "new sport-utility." It would be quite some time before a model like that was released. It sounds more like a machine that would come from Kawasaki or Suzuki. Honda has never had a locker on any of their utility 4x4s, so I doubt they would start with this new hybrid.

 

I think I am going to start a new thread with my sport 4x4 quad concept. It could be done.
