Well ATV Connection stated it had 62.5 HP. Do a little math, the 700 carb was rated at 45 crank HP. The 700EFI was said to have 12% more HP (50.4). The 800 EFI was said to have 25% more HP than the 700EFI (62.5 peak HP). This is just what has been stated by the ATV Connection mag.

Back to the original question, the polaris 760 would likely be your best bet for pulling heavy loads and doing chores because of the better racks and accesories and a motor built more for grunt work as compared to the kq. As far as which one is faster, lol, you will get a million different answers. A sp800 beats a bf 750 on pavement, yeah the brute probably tipped over backwards. As far as it outrunning the kq, yes.

800 review look towards the bottom about the power. It will say there is a 25% increase in power over the 700 EFI.
700 carb review it states the 45 HP towards the bottom under "final impressions".
GE4x4's post on the EFI this information he is giving is from Polaris Dealer website.
I can't give you the real Polaris Dealer link because you must have a password and user name.
