DD I drilled out the baffles on my Kodiak last week. I used about a 5/8 drill bit and put about 5 holes in it, and I think it really helped. I haven't really ridden too much the last week or so since I did it, and I need to check my plug to see if I am too lean now. One of the guys at my neighbors shop wants me to pull the head off the Kodiak so he can port and polish a little, he did one on a 400 ex last week and he did a really good job on it. Do you, or anyone, know if they do a big bore kit for the Kodiak? Thats what they were doing last week, bored the cylinder, then heated the jug, froze the new sleeve, then dropped it in. Then honed with a honing machine, really cool stuff, and really improved the hp of the 400ex.
