Default TRANNY HELP NEEDED!!!

Any one out there that can help?? I have a 1984 honcho 4x4 quad I just put it together and drove it for the first time it was doing great it would go into forward then neutral and reverse but now it won't go into any gear it is just stuck in nuetral if I pull really hard(Got frustrated) I can force it into reverse but as soon as I let go it just goes back into nuetral any help or assistance would be appreciated aeven if it isn't the same type of quad maybe it will shed some kind of light on the situation

it could just be the linkage but not sure

Default Same issue here!

Same issue; Honcho 4x4 is stuck in neutral.

Default Honcho 4x4 stuck in neutral

I have a 1980-something honcho 4x4 quad that won't go into any gear. it is just stuck in neutral. I can't seem to force it into forward or reverse. Any help or assistance would be appreciated.
