There are a few different kits out. One is like a roll of tape, but it is camo, and can cover up to 2 quads. The other is built specificaly for each individual quad.
Cabela's sells the tape. Your dealer is probaly the best person to contact about the actual covers.

Thanks Adam. In going thru old copies of Dirt Wheels, I found and article on a camo cover made by Moose. The article said to contact Parts Unlimited. They cost aprox $100. Thanks for your input. Don't know if they make one for the Recon, but looks like they do for most of the popular larger utility machines.

I inquired about a cover that you can buy specifically for my Arctic Cat 500. It goes over the existing plastic and is made out of some type of flexible material. One dealer informed me that if dirt and sand gets underneath the cover, it will act like sandpaper and damage your plastic. Virtually all atv camo covers are of this type unless the plastic itself is already impregnated with the camo pattern. The cover for the cat comes with a roll of tape. I suppose this is to seal off areas that may allow dirt and debris underneath the cover, but if you're going to use the cover for an extended period of time and riding conditions, I would go with the camo tape from cabelas. Dirt will not be able to get underneath this and the ad states that no adhesive backing will remain on the quad after the tape is removed. good luck.
