Thats cool we are planning on going, THEN my brother has to come over & tell me about the monster truck show @ the everett events center that weekend that during 1/2 time they are having TT RACES [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] BUT I dont' think we'll have our "project Blaster" done by then anyway!!!! There's always another race right!!

I just talked with Ed Beckley and he says he is looking for about 10 Quad riders to run an Open amatuer race and 10 Open Pro. It will be 3 races Friday night, Saturday day, and Saturday night. It will be run between the monster truck runs and top 5 places will trophy. $20 pre-entry fee. He stressed that he would allow only 10 per class first ones to e-mail him or call. I think this would be a good time especially if we fill those 10 spots with our members! PM me Ur e-mail address and I will forward the e-mail info he sent me along with his address and phone #.

Please don't get me wrong, I understand your point and support it fully. You have a very good idea and people need to be involved if they want more riding areas, I certainly do. I read the posts and decided to respond with my thoughts on becoming an official group issue. A letterhead implies that there is an official group and might be misleading to whoever receives it. Just caught me in a good mood and decided to type more that a one-liner.
Jedi, no big deal on the club thingy, I'm not against it, but there are existing local clubs that do need proactive members. As Realtor pointed out, it's a cycle; it will be brought up again.
