That was fun riding around with those guys while they were filming at DuneFest, (scenery wasnt bad either, hehe). They seem like great guys [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
Did they get lots of good footage? How did the film of the night ride with the helmet cam turn out?

Sean- we are going to TRY to get down there this weekend. Brandon really wants to race down there. He would be running his 40, and maybe his 80 in the stock class.

Tom from RPM SIGNS is making stickers to sell for Holland Byrd. I'll try to sell them down there too!

We had a blast! We got lots of awesome footage from dunefest. My favorite is the Banshee hill helmet cam. I'm suprised the camera survived that tumble.
We went down to Florence on Sunday and did some beach and trails footage and more helmet cam footage. I didn't know that Hondablue could bicycle his quad so good! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
We decided against doing the night ride footage. One of the helmet cams was acting up, and also with all that fog, there would have been too much moisture built up on the lens to get any decent footage. We might have to do the night cam when the crew comes back up here this fall for more filming.
I can't wait for the DVD either. It's going to be awesome!

hey, i dont even have a quad yet, saving up. im trying to find a decent used quad for a guy my size (6'5", 205 lbs. 18 years old) for around $1,000-$3,000. someone told me to check out banshees, kfx400, predator500, z400, raptor660. i've been looking online but so far i've only found one dealership, RMC, you guys know any others around burien/seattle?

Sean, we are not set in stone for our OR dune trip, we should try for the same time. I am open, I just need a couple extra days away from work and I will be happy. It doesn't matter when, as long as Jenna gets her cast off first. We will talk about it later.

In my opinion, STAY AWAY from RMC. I've seen how they operate and for the most part I don't like it.
I know a couple that have actually bought quads there and won't go back either.
WingDude has bought there, ask him about them cause I'm not sure what his opinion is.
I'm only talking about buying a quad or bike, not sure how their parts dept is.

Welcome aboard RiverDolphin, I am sure you will find a quad in no time and be out riding with all of us. Like Dirtmomma said, Craigs List is going to be your best bet for a good bike.
