It only works on the automatics.. Like the V force. Couple simple clutch mods and move the lock up RPM up a couple thousand and and you get to more HP. I know of a couple kawi Brut force 720's runnin 86mph in 300 feet what you got to say bout that

Now, I've never run over a bambi even though I did play chicken with a car at Rock Candy and came out on the losing end
One of my buddies Totaled his Raptor meeting a deer in the road just a couple weeks ago. he also spent a stint in the hospitol... Apperantly Bambi is a match for them yamaha's

What the he!! are you talking about??????? Horsepower at the rear wheels is not effected by gear ratio, never, no how can't happen! Torque however is mulitplied by the gear ratio. And of course everyone is aware that torque is what is important in acceleration, you know Elapsed Time. Horsepower is reflected in you top speed and all a lower gear ratio will do there is bring against the rev limiter or the engines max rpm limited by the air it flows.

What i am talkin about is accessing your power. On every auto I have ridden they tend to lock up at what sounds like 5000 rpms. That is not where the motor produces peak HP.. when you change the clutching to where it will lock up at 7500 rpms say. your in a different area of the powerband. so instead of being at 35hp at 5k rpm. your runnin it at 7.5k pushin 45hp or 50 thus a simple 10 - 15hp Increase of usable power. Yes the motor is not putting out more. your just able to use it.

My daugter is selling her very low hours, under 20, 2002 Honda XR100R off road bike. Always garaged and rarely ridden. Nice short bike for the kid that has out grown the 50. Or would be a great pit bike. She is asking $1500.
