And yes, our techs are way backed up. This corporation keeps cutting headcount and our folks are missing 30 jobs a day on average. No excuse for bad upper management. They are on the East Coast and have a whole different mentality towards us. Just keep in mind, us hourly folks and first line supervisors bust butt to keep up only to line the pockets of the CEO and don't like to see the way our customers are treated because of it either.
Unfortunately, we are the ones that take the brunt of the frustration from our customers. Not that all our techs are perfect, but most are pretty good. Disrespect the company policies, but keep this in mind when you have to deal with individuals.

I took a big ole pee in verizions cheerieos this morning. They wanted to charge me for temp dial up. Juan Carlos didn't like me too much at that point. At least I'll be able to have some dial up until the DSL is ready.
