Hey, I had to wait over 30 days when I bought my house just to get DIALTONE. I work for them and knew the techs that were trying to complete the install! And yes, our techs are way backed up. This corporation keeps cutting headcount and our folks are missing 30 jobs a day on average. No excuse for bad upper management. They are on the East Coast and have a whole different mentality towards us. Just keep in mind, us hourly folks and first line supervisors bust butt to keep up only to line the pockets of the CEO and don't like to see the way our customers are treated because of it either.
