All this gun talk, makes me curious, just how does one obtain a concealed weapons permit?
I need to know how to get blood out of clothing. Alot of blood.
Burn it in a very hot fire. Washing won't get the job done.

Sorry to hear about your cat, I know if our's ever got out (he's an inside, never been outside cat) he would be gone for good. Hopefully your cat's just catching mice in some field and loving life in the great outdoors.

WOW???
This is my last post in the PSAR thread. I took the time to read from the ?beginning? PSAR MEMBERS post and it ALMOST motivated me to get back on track with the people that I?ve meet and have become friends with. (I want to emphasize ALMOST) Problem for me is this thread isn?t the same as it once was. Sorry if I sound like an ArSS but the reason I signed up was to meet and ride with people with the same ideas about quads and riding, this (to me) seems to NOT to be the case anymore.

I really don?t have any problems with what?s talked about except for one thing. When others speak in a violent manner about SHOOT FIRST ask question later (imo) THAT bothers me.
I am an active member of the NRA (have been since I was 14 yrs. Old) and I?m a gun enthusiast since my father taught me the How?s & why?s of what guns where all about. I have a gun collection that includes antiques to modern day assault rifles & handguns.

I am going to say this and I hope the moderators don?t delete it because others have been giving their rights to FREEDOM OF SPEECH. The MAIN reason I carry a CONSEALED gun (I have a current CCP) is because of people that acted and talk like ?Dirty Harry?

I know where ALL the ugly armpit areas of our towns and cities are; I avoid them like they?re the Cancer of our world. Allot of your stories, some have told, I to have had the UNFORTINATE displeasure experiencing.
I?m a Moderate Conservative and can only say ?I deal with what?s been presented to me at that given moment? I will not come onto a open forum board and give the ?Dirty Harry? speech about WHAT will happen IF.

Most of you that know me know I mean NO harm and I encourage you to keep in touch.
Those that don?t know me or have had little time to get to know me I encourage you to take the time, because I will return your investment in time you?ve spent.
I know who the people are that don?t care for me and I really don?t care to waste my time on them, So for all of you ALL I can say is have a nice and successful life and even though we don?t see eye to eye I wish you well.

Sincerely

Jim

Look, we had a misunderstanding. I still don't understand what happened or why really. But for you to leave is not necessary and a way big over reaction, in my opinion, if that means anything. No one, me the most of all, ever meant to offend. I have been to the armpits of the world too, but I was fortunate enough to have someone a lot smarter that me to teach me to deal with the feelings those places created. Words are just that and don't put to much into them. Again, don't leave on acount of what happened.

Originally posted by: Bear4570 The Harbor Freight trailer is red and the stock axle is a 2000 lbs unit (or close to it, we are talkin' Chinese here). The little (8") wheels and tires are only rated at the lower weight rating. When you install the 4 lug 12" wheels on the same trailer is now rated over 1500 lbs, again because of the rating on the tires. Oh yeah, the trailers fold and the tongue tilts (really it's for making it fold up smaller). The biggest draw back on these trailers is the zerk for greasing the wheel bearings is located on the back side of the wheels and does not grease the outer bearing worth a damn, sesides being out of sight and out of mind. Of course if I had been smart I would have found some way to install Bearing Buddy's (the Chinese hubs and bearings are and odd size). So now too, I am replacing the axle with a new one, $138 of everything cap to cap rated at 2000 lbs, with standard bearings.
Well, like I said before, this one has Marine Grade, 1 ton axle with 12" wheels, zerks behind the dust covers, bearing buddy, so the outer bearings get greased.

Of course this is what I was told by the mechanic at Green River Automotive in Auburn, they were the ones doing the work on the trailer and like I said before, looks brand new. I don't have any personal knowledge of the trailer, just what I'm told and what I see.

I won't be going into work after all. Got a pump reserved for 8am for my crawlspace under the house and that ain't rain water!!! Didn't have a clogged septic but a messed up cleanout trap under the kitchen sink that connects to the main sewage line, and would backflow right out into crawlspace. So reserved a pump and a case of bleach, rubber boots, old wet-suit that Lu's been bugging me to throwout, and a couple of closepins.
So what was it backflowing out of, a cracked ABS drain tube?, trying to figure out exactly what the sludge was leaking out of.
I guess it is considered a cleanout. The 3inch pipe Y's at the bottom of the Kitchen sink, connecting it to the main line. The unused outlet has a white disc inside it with no cap over it. The disc either broke or became horizontal in the pipe and was leaking out residule that would come down the main and divert towards the sink. I have a similar open Y under the shower that now has a cap on it also till I can figure cause/failure analysis so it don't happen again.
If that white disk is thin, like the thickness of a quarter or so, it is probably a temporary cap to keep dirt out of the pipe. Sounds like the plumber failed to go back and put in the proper cleanout fittings. I have never seen those little white caps left as part of the finished job. But then I'm not a real plumber, just info from remodels and building a few houses.

- - - - If your really trying to get rid of the evidence, er, make that "stain" I would suggest a large pile of wood, gas and a match. Consider spading the ash pit and mixing in lots of black pepper. Sorry, been watching to much TV.
