You are rejetting after installing the new exhaust? If that's it, what size jets are you changing to? and are you changing the pilot jet as well as the main?
I jetted it with a 160 and moved the needle up one notch. I took it for a few spins around the block and heated it up. Took it to second gear and throttled it full on and it was great. Then I put on this new exhaust and its sputtering. Not sure what needs done. The directions and my mechanic buddy said that what I am running jet wise is just fine.

hello everyone for those that are going to the dunes have a safe and fun trip....we are going out to
ravensdale on saturday to ride for the day...we havent been out there yet but always wanting a new

hey guys
Well she is running better now..I cant run her up and down the street like I wanna to open er up but sounds alot better. I am no mechanic and Jetting was just to far above my head oh well...My riding partners coming out tomorrow to work on his quad and make sure its up and running for saterday. Anyone here ever ride Belfair..we are always looking to meet a few good folks...

I say hit Belfair with the new QuadChick it can't be much more then an hour away for U and alot more riding available.
