Hello. I'm new to the forum and i'm also a new ATV owner.

I'm just waiting for the Tiffany Springs Park to be build There are so many ATV owners in Kansas City, i think it will be a huge gain for this city and money maker..

Tiffany Springs is still off limits to ANYTHING with a motor.... recently there has been a lot of ATV traffic tearing up some of the mountain bike trails/stunts. Being from the mountain bike community, I'm not exactly thrilled about this, especially considering I'm the one who built everything out there..... people are really starting to get pissed about the illegal traffic in TSP. I couldn't honestly care any less if ATV's are riding the south side of brush creek illegally, but as soon as they cross over onto the north side and start tearing up my stunts, that's where I have a problem. If anyone has ridden out there in the past few days, they will notice that quite a bit has changed to one of the favorite ATV areas....... retaliation isn't fun to deal with.

A new park was just opened up over off of 291 for ATVs and Motorcycles, I would suggest using that area and staying away from Tiffany Springs.... riding TSP illegally is only making the case against you stronger.

the reason tiffany was shut down in the first place was because some drunk lady on an ATV wrecked, broke her legs, and had to have life flight come in and get her..... because of this KCI was shut down for like 2 hours, needless to say the city wasn't really excited about that.....

and someone is using the land legally: hikers, horse bike riders, and of course bikers.

All seems like a bunch of grade school crybaby crap to me. Talking about needing places for the ATVs to go, ride your bicycle in the city where it belongs looks like the ATVrs got them a good spot. Bust out the plywood and blocks and stunt away bigboy.

I noticed you said the ATV park off 291 is open. Is this true?

I don't know where you got the idea that bikes only belong in the city; but that's really funny you say that though.... I would bet anything that I ride my mountain bike in the woods harder, and in some cases faster than you ride your atv. Not to mention my mountain bike cost nearly as much as your atv, has nearly as much suspension, and can go more places than your atv. I really don't think you know who you're dealing with either, I'm part of the group that is planning out the future usage of the area, it would be in your's, and everyone else's best interest to shut up. I'm not trying to be a dick... I'm trying to warn everyone else not to use the park because the situation isn't looking too good for you all right now. The city finds it very odd to reward a group for knowingly breaking the law.

yes, it is open to ride, I believe it's even free...

so to 1sikkfx400.... it would be wise to ride in a place that is not only legal, but free, than to pay for an 80 dollar ticket from my buddy officer Lazano.
