Plaistow this weekend 17th/18th
Saturday was awesome!!! I had minor malfunctions on the trail...the air intake from the engine disconnected from the carb. We fixed it in about 10 minutes and was back riding in no time. We saw a group who SANK a Polaris 400 2X4. The kid was up to his shoulders in water. We tipped the quad up just to drain the airbox which was full of water. Needless to say, his riding was done, I towed him back to his UHAUL with the 4X4.
I have plans next Saturday but want to ride Sunday. (I can't believe I'm already thinking about it......)

Cool.. I took my rice rocket today to work make up for yesterday. Dam I forgot how fast it is. Looked down at the speedometer going down 3 and I was going 110 .... This is the first time I've had it out this year. Hope for a nice summer.... See ya all next weekend. Glad you all had fun.

I can do either Sat or Sun I have to work on my truck one day. Where did that kid sink his quad? I sank mine pretty good in the water crossing behind the 2nd sand pit, but mine started right up after we got it out. I got stuck Sat too up in Weare, you can check out pictures at webshots. Maybe its time to invest in a winch?

Mike, yeah he got stuck in back of the 2nd sand pit where you cross the stream. The kid decided to go through the deep spot, he didn't know jack about riding or his machine so it was funny. His buddy on a 160 was trying to tow him (250lbs) and a Scrambler. Needless to say I gave em a lift with my old man's King Quad. They were funny to watch...they rented a UHAUL to bring 4 quads to the pits!! haha.
