i'll be there. i'm trying to figure when i need to get there to hook up on this voucher stupidity. if i'm in line past 8:00pm, that's a waste of valuable drinking time and i'll become very upset. where do you stay?

 

I probably jsut gonna go for the day. What is the best time to get in line for the voucher? What is the earliest you can be inline the day before?? thanks

 

the voucher system is in effect on weekends only. the vouchers are made avalible on fridays at 5:30pm, and the center is open 24hrs a day. there is 2 types of vouchers, dune ready, and parking. if you need a parking spot youll need a parking voucher. if you dont need a parking spot you can get a dune ready voucher, and go straight in. the vouchers are susposed to hold your place in line, so your not waiting in line on the street. they give out x amount of parking vouchers for 7am-9am then for 1pm-2pm. one time I got there at 9am saturday and all the morning vouchers were gone. so I got a afternoon voucher and they told me if the parking lot was not full that they would let me in. so I went to the park and the lot was probably 75% full, and they let me in no problem. the best thing I can tell you is as soon as you roll into town, go get your voucher. say you get there friday night, you can get your vouchers for saturday morning and sunday morning at the same time. they say nobody should get screwed, Ive been 3 times this year and havnt had a problem. wish I could go, I got a wedding to go to that weekend. oh well, have a good time and ride safe.
