Hey Guyz,
Long time no riden !
I am back on a ATC old school trhee wheeler and my son and I wanted to go riding New Years day.
Is Kettleman still open to riders ?

Kettleman has been shut down for a long time. I don't think your son was a twinkle in your eye when it was shut down. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Late 80s from what I hear. I remember the first time I ever went through 41 west of the 5 was around Nov. '85 or so and it was full of people. The riding area stretched from what is now the Waste Management Facility to pretty much the 5 on the north side of 41. During the day you can barely make out some of the trails. Most have grown over.
