Right now, that is the plan Don't know if, we will be camping. But, plan on riding for at least one day

Tomorrow, I think I'm going to tinker around in the garage I actually have enough room to do that nowsee how the winch looks and maybe try and fabricate a holder for my gps. I know I can, I know I canWith all the talk about gps' now, I want to mount mine. Wait a minute, that didn't sound right

Miami is in powers backyard. It's an hour drive for me, but is the closest legal riding area to me. Well, I guess the new Atwater park is the same distance but it's a bit smaller than the Sierra National Forest.

Yeah power did a number. He worked it and eventually it came out of the hole he got himself into.

Yeah I noticed, we are still not ready to do any camping yet. I was referring to a day trip. Let me know.....

It's a bit far for a day trip if you're coming from Concord. It's probably a 3 hour+ trip from there. (Take 140 into Mariposa, make a right and head wait...you have a GPS, you can find it. ) ) I went from Bass Lake to Napa once and IIRC it was a 4hr drive. And Bass Lake is pretty much the same amount of time as it is to Miami.

Pick yourself up a tent and sleeping bags (air mattress helps as well.) I share my gear, well, cooking stuff anyways. So you're more than welcome to come up in April.

ProRaptor:

Since you are familar with Stoddard Valley can you tell me what it's like after this rain we're getting? Extended forcast shows a couple of days of clearing then light rain up until Friday. (2/18) cloudy Sat & Sun with more light rain on Monday. We wanted to make a long weekend but not sure now 'cause we don't know what the conditons will be like for motorhome camping (ie muddy access roads). I welcome anyone else's comments/opinions of Stoddard Valley after the rain too!!
