I have been going to try to make it down there but havent. When is everybody going to go again, I might try and make it down there if there is a good turn out. I dont want to make the trip if there isnt going to be anybody there.

Btw can I just run paddles there or should I bring nobbies also?

You can run paddles as long as you don't venture off the sand flats. The trails are not for sand, they are rocks with a little dirt underneath. Very rough to say the least. For most people Pro Wedges work the best. When we race at St. Joe, it usually isn't a 300 ft race, it is more like 400 ft or longer.

Last time I was there, I left the drag area to go back to the truck to lean out my jetting. It wouldn't have helped since I later found out that wasn't my problem. But I would like say once more that I left because everyone that I was there with was ready to leave. It was not because I was too scared to come back, like I have heard. So, if anyone wants to try to beat my bike while it is not running right that is fine. You better do it soon. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Well, i speak for myself But, im not worried about trying to beat you......
i give up on that long time ago..........

But, its still fun trying from time to time. (as long as i can get a 10 bike head start)

and my wife and my pocket book tells me maybe i can try for the win next year..... (i have a banshee to bring back from the dead)
