As of June 1st, ATV's have become un-welcome in the BSF, they are sucking up to the Horse riders, Mt. Bikers, and Hikers only now.....it's really pathetic living here all my life and to see what a joke this national park has become......But I have good news, there is a place just opened in the same county (Scott county) as the BSF where you and your ATV are very welcome.....Brimstone recreation area has been open since March 15th and has 45,000 acres and over 200 miles of trails to ride........for more info call the Brimstone office at 423-663-4868 or www.ridebrimstone.com

 

Go over to Jamestown. Find Blackhouse Mtn. Rd. (It's about 4 miles before you get to Picket State Park) Hang a left and go out until you see trucks and trailers. Hundreds of miles of trails and right next to BSF.

I ride Blackhouse about twice a month and it's good riding, most of the trails however are actually in wayne Co. ky....after you go to end of blackhouse Rd. and ride for about 20 minutes, the rest of the time you are in Ky.......

 

is there alot of mud?????? we are coming this weekend and how would i get there from i40?
