California is a great place to ride. Great fall rideing weather! If you are near Temecula, Or Hemet California there is some great flat land, as well as obstacles to ride in, and water for you riders that need to cool off. A lot of differnet terrain, you wont be bored here. For me its about 1 hour 20 minutes from Camp Pendelton Ca. Well worth the drive.

Almost ever rider in Cali im sure has been to Ocatia Wells. This is almost all flat land desert, with plenty of chances to go full throttle. Very nice rideing weather. My first ride ever was in Ocatia. Great times. Hopefully when I get stationed in Camp Lejeune N.C there will be some rideing spots. Havent heard much about it.

West of the Salton Sea. Low desert. It was the bottom of Lake Chahilla once. Great place! To hot right now........

Thanks for all the help! I found the area on my map after your help! Im going to have to check it out. I ride most the time in Gorman but I don’t think that’s going to happen any time soon. we found a new place we like a lot out off the 247 HWY its a drive for us from long beach but a lot of different areas and terrain. We camped out there this weekend, we did about 60miles on our raptors it was a great weekend.

Or Johnson Valley. Johnson Valley has much more varied terrain and is a LARGE area.
They have sand dunes too!

Slash x is off the 247, Where about? We went riding all along the 247 last weekend. We hit up Sawtooth thank god they had a restroom in the middle of the camping area us girls like to find bathrooms when out riding. From what I have been reading Johnson valley is also off the 247. I’m not sure how to find that area. We were about 17.9 miles off the 18 outside of Victorville between Barstow on the 247. The area we were in said it was a test area to see how people use it I hope we all help to keep it clean. Pack it in Pack it in.
