Hey Scramblazer {or others}Tower city is definitly worth the trip!.We have some great propery for riding& camping. I have been a member there for 3 years.Rausch creek is a good place for a practice track& has a hare scramble course also,if you ever want someone to show you around TCTRI let me know,I go often.
